RETURN AND REFUND

Returns

We accept returns only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at inkwalkers2911@gmail.com with order details and clear images.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling

Refunds

Once the return is approved and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges may be offered subject to product availability.
