Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your INKWALKERS apparel. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an item that’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We’ll arrange a return and issue a full refund or replacement.

Change of Mind

  • We accept returns for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.


2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at returns@inkwalkers.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. For damaged items, attach clear photos of the defect.

  3. Wait for our return authorization and instructions.

  4. Pack the item securely and ship it using the provided return label.

  5. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.


3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


4. Non-Refundable Items

❌ Worn, washed, or altered items
❌ Items without original tags
❌ Gift cards & final sale items


5. Exchanges

If you want a different size or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.
